Azalea Creative team offers delivery for both perishable and non-perishable items to any location deemed within the below Sydney metro postcodes:

• 2000-2144

• 2150-2152

• 2190-2196

• 2203-2209

• 2216-2222

Outside Sydney Metro Area

Azalea Creative uses Australia Post when delivering non-perishable items to addresses within Australia. Azalea Creative offers free delivery when ‘Standard Delivery’ is selected and a $25 flat rate delivery fee when ‘Mystery Delivery’ is selected. Note: all deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours after an order has been placed online, unless comments at the checkout stipulate otherwise.  Shipping times vary depending on delivery location and delivery option selected at the checkout (i.e. Standard & Mystery Delivery).

Perishable items are currently unavailable to delivery outside of the Sydney Metro area.

International Location

If you wish to send an [azalea box] outside of Australia, please get in contact with a member of the Azalea Creative team info@azaleaboxaustralia.com to determine delivery costs prior to placing your order online.

Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our gift offering, Azalea Creative does not issue refunds on items received however we will offer an exchange on items based on the conditions stipulated below.

Azalea Creative will offer customers an exchange for items only where all of the below points are adhered to: 

• Items are faulty (unless caused by customer) or are different to the items that the original purchaser ordered

• Items have not been used or damaged

• Items are not considered perishable

• Items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags intact

• Azalea Creative team is notified of customers intention to return item within 5 days from receiving item and an exchange form has been submitted to the Azalea Creative team for approval along with the original Azalea Creative delivery card/ receipt

• Azalea Creative team receives returned item within 7 days after the exchange form has been acknowledged by Azalea Creative
   

Any item which does not meet the above policy points will not be eligible for an exchange. 

Items can only be exchanged for a different product of the same dollar value, as stipulated on this website. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Azalea Creative does not refund any shipping charges under any circumstance. Return shipping must be prepaid by purchaser and a traceable method is used to ensure safe and secure delivery. Azalea Creative will not be held accountable for misplaced incoming deliveries.
