What is the difference between a 'Mystery Delivery' and 'Standard' delivery?

At the checkout you have the option to select between a 'Mystery' or 'Standard' delivery. A 'Mystery' delivery means the gifts you select will be split over three separate deliveries to the nominated address. An 'Standard' delivery on the other hand allows you to send all the gifts you have selected to be delivered in one go.

 

If I choose a 'Mystery' delivery, will my name remain anonymous until the final delivery?

Absolutely! We think this is the best way to give a gift and would highly recommend this option. Simply select, 'Mystery Delivery' at the checkout and we will arrange everything from our end.

 

Can I customize the order of which gifts are delivered if I select 'Mystery' delivery?

While the azalea keepsake box will be delivered on the first delivery since it has all the instructions regarding upcoming deliveries, you are more than welcome to tailor which gifts are delivered when. Simply note in the 'Additional Information' section of the checkout the order in which you would like your gifts delivered and leave the rest to our wonderful team.

 

Can I place an order now, but have it delivered in the future?

All orders including the first delivery of a ‘Mystery Delivery’ are dispatched from Azalea Creative HQ 24 hours after an order has been placed online with us. However if there is a specific date you would prefer us to deliver your order on or before, simply select this in the 'Delivery Date' section at the checkout and we will get this sorted!

 

Can I write my own messages of love or appreciation?

Sure thing! Here at Azalea Creative we believe the best messages come from you. For this reason there is an option at the checkout to customize your own messages rather than use our pre-selected messages of love or appreciation.

 

Since this is a gift can I be sure no pricing information or receipts are included as part of the delivery?

Absolutely! No pricing nor receipts will be included as part of the delivery package. All this information will be emailed to your nominated email address as a proof of purchase once you have placed an order with us.

 

How about if I have some of my own gifts that I would like to include in the [azalea box]?

Whilst we carefully curate gifts to meet your gifting needs, we know that sometimes their are keepsakes or memories of your own that you would like included in the delivery.
